The owners of the company are Ben Howes and Steve Penter. Unlike other kitchen and bedroom companies, who employ salesmen, planners, fitters etc., Ben and Steve carry out all this work themselves. They do not employ sub-contract fitters, they do not employ hard sell salespeople, and they do not employ planners, who are only interested in getting ‘the sale’, rather than paying attention to details.
They will be 100% involved with your project from start to finish, they plan it, they design it and they fit it. You will be invited to the showroom to view your kitchen or bedroom on the latest computer technology available, and you can see your dream kitchen or bedroom in fantastic photo-realism graphics before your eyes.
Ben and Steve have been employed in the kitchen industry all their lives, from the manufacturing aspect of kitchens , to the fitting of kitchens for most of the top kitchen companies, and for more than 20 years , supplying and fitting kitchens and bedrooms from their own Formby showroom.. They have worked together all their working lives starting at the age of 17, when they served their apprenticeship together, to the present day, where they are now directors of their own company. Their experience in the industry is unsurpassed.
The quality of Acorn’s products is second to none. All carcases are manufactured to order, to their own, or your own specification. They do not use 'flat pack' units, all kitchens and bedrooms are individually planned, designed and manufactured, to ensure you get a 'true' fitted kitchen or bedroom. They have a vast range of doors, worktops, handles, interior fittings, basically anything you require, they can supply.
